PASIC 2023 New Music Focus Day

I’m delighted to have the opportunity to perform “Dois Gestos,” a wonderful new duo for marimba and vibraphone by Brazilian pianist and composer André Mehmari. I’ll be joined by my incredible friend and colleague I-Jen Fang, Director of Percussion Studies at the University of Virginia. Our performance is part of a series of focus day concerts with a theme of new music from Latin America.
